What is the best piece of advice you have been given in your career or that you would like to give to others?
t’s so important to be you and to not get too caught up in what everyone else is doing or what you think you should be doing. Education is so important. Education and shooting hundreds of thousands of photos that make you better at what you do. Every year you will get better if you truly have a passion for the art of photography.

I am a photographer and absolutely love my job. I am from Illinois and photograph natural light indoor/outdoor. I am married to my best friend and we have been together for 18 years. I have a daughter, Shelbee, who is 8 year old that was born via surrogacy and a 2 year old daughter, Rylee, that is adopted. I am a wife and mother first, and a photographer second. I love meeting new clients and developing lifelong friendships with my clients. I am very blessed to have met several of my closest friends through my business. I have always been supported by my family and friends to keep pursuing my dreams in the photography field, and for that I am thankful.
